Britney Spears Has a Really Bad Day
Britney Spears had a really really bad day yesterday, things happened pretty fast and furious even by celebrity gossip blog status. So if you’ve had your head in the clouds here’s a rundown:
Thursday evening at about 8pm Britney refused to give her sons Sean and Jayden back to her husband Kevin Federline. The police were called and responded with 6 police cars, 2 fire trucks and 2 ambulances. They recovered the two children unharmed except for a bruise on the arm of one of the children, from an unknown event. Britney was taken to the hospital and put on “5150 hold” a status used for overdose, suicide patients, or patients who are considered a threat to themselves or others.
Toxicology requests came back negative ruling out drugs and alcohol. At his point it appears she is having a nervous breakdown. At her request and that of doctors Britney isn’t receiving any visitors. KFed went a emergency court session and had all of Britney’s visitation rights temporarily suspended, with a follow up hearing in 10 days. Federlines attorney gave the following statement “There’s no winners here.”
It’s obvious to everyone that Britney was a walking train wreck. The constant media attention didn’t help and it was inevitable this was going to happen. We should all be thankful that no one was really hurt when it happened. While Britney is the target of jokes here and elsewhere, we do have to remember there is a person on the other end of the lens and those words, and sometimes she needs a break and some sympathy. I really hope she takes this opportunity to straighten herself out.
