Victoria Beckham Tops Worst-Dressed List
It was a decade ago that Mr. Blackwell featured the Spice Girls on his worst-dressed list. And nothing has changed for one of the Girls after all these years.
Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham topped Blackwell’s 48th Annual Worst-Dressed List. Here in this picture from just a couple days ago, Posh displays again why she deserved the top spot!
“Forget the fashion spice, wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty posh can really wreck-em,” Blackwell said in a statement.
Others on the list included: Amy Winehouse, Mary Kate Olsen, Fergie, Kelly Clarkson, Eva Green, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan and Alison Arngrim.
Did you notice who was missing?
That’s right — Britney! How is that possible?!
Well, Blackwell explains.
“I felt that it was inappropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval. I hope 2008 is a better year for her,” he said.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, Blackwell released a Fabulous Fashion Independents list that included Reese Witherspoon, Jemima Khan, Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Helen Mirren, Nicole Kidman, Katie Holmes, Kate Middleton, Katherine Heigl and Cate Blanchett.
