Spring/Summer 2008 sees a restyling of the skirt. This oft-forgotten fashion piece has been updated and refreshed with a fuller look. Not to be confused with the horrid balloon skirts of last year, but a different fullness, some thing flattering and flowing. And for those gals interested in showing off their shape, the new skirt places an emphasis on the waist with wide waistbands that show off skinny middles.
