In my next life I’ve decided I want to come back as a model or beauty show contestant, this way I can say really stupid things, and live my life in ignorance of that stupidity.
Case and point Rachel Smith, Miss USA 2007 who had this to say from a recent Daily News Article:

In case no one’s yet brought it to your attention, that Daily News article was a misquote that turned Miss Smith’s words and intent on their heads. The Daily News issued what amounted to a retraction several days later. What Miss Smith actually said may be found on her blog; the link follows:
