Think of them as fingerless gloves for the feet, or a modification of the toe socks of the 1980s with the tops cut off. Whatever. Pedisavers are the hosiery to wear when you’re going out to get that midwinter pedicure.
As a fashion statement they’re kind of funny looking, but they may be just the thing to wear on the walk between the nail salon and your car when the weather dips below freezing.
