Pictures from the new Miley Cyrus Breakout Album show that the singing pop star and her handlers are moving away from the squeaky clean image to a more mature, sexual woman. It’s hard to say that this a good thing considering the teen pregnancy of Jamie Lynn Spears and the Pregnancy Pact earlier this week.
