Actor Wesley Snipes known for his work in the popular Blade movie series, has been involved in long running and very public court case regarding his failure to pay taxes. According to the prosecution Snipes was charged with six counts of failing to file tax returns, two of fraudulently claiming tax refunds and one count of conspiracy to defraud the government on 38 million he made from 1998 to 2004. While Snipes was aquited of the more serious felony charges, but the jury did find him guilty of three misdemeanors, and he could be facing up to three years in jail. In a completely unrealted trial well known naked fat gay guy Survivor Million Dollar Winner Richard Hatch, who is serving a 4 year stint for not paying taxes, had his sentence upheld by a Boston Circuit Court of Appeals. Hatch claims he caught CBS employees giving food to other contestants and struck a deal that CBS was to pay his taxes if he won. Hatch never provided any evidence to back up his claims and CBS employees were never called to the stand. Wonder if “the snake” is going “au natural” in the big house …
