Sometimes part of the allure of ~~overpaying~~ buying and exclusive brand name product like Louis Vuitton is the elite status it confers on you. Other times you realize it’s a complete waste of money and you would have been better off shopping at your local Target. When I see commercials like this and I imagine some beret wearing director who was trying to channel his inner Federico Fellini into creating ~~an ego stroking over priced art project~~ artistic vision befitting the Louis Vuitton brand, I hang my head. Why not just come out and say “Hey be sure to waste your money on our bags, we have big advertising budgets to support”.
